Straight Bet
If you bet on the numbers marked as a single wager you make a straight ticket bet. Despite this way of playing is very simple many players prefer to bet more combinations.
King Ticket
A number circled by itself is the king, which is used in all combinations marked.
Combination Bets
A combination ticket bet is made when a player marks several number groupings and plays combinations of them. For example, you can bet on 8 numbers and group them to 4 sets of two adjoining numbers. In this case you have 5 possibilities of winning - either for one of the group bets or for the straight bet. Imagine that you bet 2 sets of numbers. You are sure to win something if at least 2 numbers out of each set come out. If you had placed straight bets you would have won nothing. The idea of combination bets is easy to grasp. Bet Against
This option appears if you marked at least 8 spots on the tickets. Bet Against means that you are sure none of the numbers you marked will appear during the balldraw. You are paid only if none of the numbers come up.
Catch All
This option can be played with 2 to 7 spots marked on the ticket. This bet means that you suppose all your numbers will be drawn. You will be paid only if all the numbers you chose show up.
Top or Bottom
Top or Bottom Bet is made before marking the ticket. You are betting that top or bottom part of the ticket will have fewer spots than the opposite part. The payoff depends on how great that difference is.
