Chance is the main thing in keno. In fact strategy doesn't always help you to win. The drawn numbers don't depend on those drawn previously because all of them are chosen randomly. Every number has the same chance of being drawn as the next.
The numbers that you haven't seen come up in recent games should be played. In theory to make the long-term results for each number even out these numbers should come up. A certainty of the game is prevented by its "random" nature.
