» About Keno Strategy
One can name Keno a game of chance. In fact strategy doesn't always help you to win. The drawn numbers don't depend on those drawn previously because all of them are chosen randomly. Every number has the same chance of being drawn as the next. The numbers that you haven't seen come up in recent games should be played. Theoretically they will come up to make the long-term results for each number even out. Once again, however, the "random" nature of the game prevents this from being a certainty. However many keno players will bet on the numbers, which have come up instead of betting on the numbers that haven't come up. Some unusual and out-of-order trends and patterns can be very profutable when capitalized upon. One should pick successive numbers. Selecting pairs such as 12 and 13 or perhaps 43 and 44 would qualify as successive numbers. There are a lot of keno players who believe in it. One should use the same set of numbers consecutively. This strategy is very simple and the most common: play the same selection of numbers for a few rounds. Remember that there is nothing 'strategic' about these systems, but they definitely are a bit of fun and they certainly will not harm your chances of winning.

Keno is a lottery-like or bingo-like gambling game played at modern casinos. The parts of a keno game are a circular glass enclosure called a "bubble" and 80 ping pong-like balls which determine the balldraw result. There are numbers from 1 to 80 on each keno ball. The balls are mixed by a blower when it pushes air into the bubble. A "caller" is used to press a lever opening a tube, where the balls lift one at a time into a "V" shaped tube called the "rabbit ears". The caller and a "verifier" are used to record each of 20 balls drawn, and the computerized keno system is used to calculate all wagers based on the numbers drawn. Players mark an "X" over the "spot" choices on a blank keno ticket form containing numbers from 1 to 80. After all players successfully place their wagers, the casino draws 20 balls (numbers) at random. "Paytables" are series of pay scale choices that are set by the casino. The players payout depends on how many numbers drawn match the numbers selected on the ticket. There is a wide range of keno paytables from casino to casino and a large deviation in the house edge set for each of those paytables. One can hardly find two absolutely identical keno paytables. The house edge can vary from less than 4% to 66%.

| Keno is played in much the same fashion as in most national and state lotteries around the world. In a basket are balls also numbered 1 to 80. Keno is no exception. |
