A lottery-like or bingo-like gambling game played at modern casinos is called keno. There is a circular glass enclosure called a "bubble" containing 80 ping pong-like balls which determine the balldraw result in keno. There are numbers from 1 to 80 on each keno ball. The balls are mixed by a blower when it pushes air into the bubble. It continued to use Chinese characters and thus obviously didn't enter popular mainstream American culture until it was modified to include the numerical system.
