» Using Keno Playing Strategy

Chance is the main thing in keno. There is almost no strategy which can help the player to win. The drawn numbers don't depend on those drawn previously because all of them are chosen randomly. The chance of being drawn of any number is the same.
The numbers that you haven't seen come up in recent games should be played. In theory to make the long-term results for each number even out these numbers should come up. The "random" nature of the game helps to prevents this from being a certainty.
But numbers, which have come up, are more often betted on than the numbers that haven't come up. Dealing with randomly drawn numbers there are always profitable interesting trends and patterns.
One should pick successive numbers. Selecting pairs such as 12 and 13 or perhaps 43 and 44 would qualify as successive numbers. This is a very popular belief among many Keno players.
Use the same set of numbers consecutively. This strategy is very simple and the most common: play the same selection of numbers for a few rounds.
Remember that there is nothing 'strategic' about these systems, but they definitely are a bit of fun and they certainly will not harm your chances of winning.

A lot of modern casinos offer an opportunity to play keno - a lottery-like or bingo-like gambling game. A traditional live casino keno game uses a circular glass enclosure called a "bubble" containing 80 ping pong-like balls which determine the balldraw result. Each ball has a number (from 1 to 80) imprinted on it. A blower pushes air into the bubble and mixes the balls during the balldraw. A lever opening a tube is pressed by a "caller" and then the balls lift one at a time into a "V" shaped tube called the "rabbit ears". The caller and a "verifier" record each of 20 balls drawn, and the computerized keno system calculates all wagers based on the numbers drawn.
One can choose any numbers on a a blank keno ticket form and mark them with an "X". After that you can place your wagers and then the casino draws 20 balls (numbers) at random.
Each casino sets its own series of pay scale choices called "paytables". Depending on how many numbers drawn match the numbers selected on the ticket the player is paid this or that sum of money. Players will find a wide variation of keno paytables from casino to casino and a large deviation in the house edge set for each of those paytables. Two identical keno paytables can hardly be found.
The house edge can vary from less than 4% to 66%.
